The Year of Yes

Just finished: The Year of Yes, by Maria Dahvana Headley. This is a fun memoir that completely captures what it is like to be a student/young twenty-something living in NYC. She decides to spend a year saying yes to every person who asks her out and this decision completely changes how she approaches people and life. Thought-provoking and entertaining.

Oooo, I'm your second commenter! That book sounds intriguing. I find it so hard to read anything these days because when it comes to the choice to read or knit, the knitting jumps up into my hands like a magnet! I just can't resist.

I know I'm missing out though!

(lovely jewelry by the way!!!!!)

I have the same problem. (only wire-wrapping, not knitting) I was only able to finish this book because I had the flu and was in bed all day yesterday.
